The owners and staff have hearts of gold and treat every resident as family, not just in word, but in action. The home itself is immaculate, serene, and filled with warmth. The atmosphere is peaceful and predictable, a quiet rhythm that helped the residents feel safe, settled, and less overwhelmed. Thoughtful touches like home-cooked meals, personalized birthday and holiday celebrations, and a tranquil atmosphere made all the difference. With a low resident-to-staff ratio, mom received attentive, individualized care every single day. Staff members are not only compassionate but highly trained in dementia-specific care. Their ability to manage the nuances of memory loss with gentleness and expertise gave us tremendous peace of mind. They did not just care for her—they celebrated her. She was seen, heard, and loved. The team went out of their way to incorporate her life story, preferences, and hobbies into her care plan. She had meaningful social interaction each day—from music therapy and group activities to pet visits, hair styling, and even manicures that helped her feel like herself. Her journey to the next life was made beautiful because of Mashal, Raj and the loving staff. We are forever grateful.

Mashal, Raj, and their wonderful staff are very dedicated and loving to the care and personal needs of their residents. Although my mom was at Tender Care for only 4 months she received such outstanding care, often one on one. I felt so good and blessed in my heart that she was able to reside there for her final journey. The entire staff became family to me. I will always remember their friendliness, compassion, and dedication that they showed to my mom, me, and other family members. When my mom, who had dementia, reached the point where she required extensive care including hospice services, our family was blessed to find her a home at Tender Care. The house itself is well-maintained in a quiet and natural setting. Inside, it feels like a home—calm, clean, and inviting. But what truly makes Tender Care unique are Mashal and her staff. With her experience as a nurse, Mashal shows compassion and commitment to the well-being of her residents. She kept us informed and offered us advice and support as we navigated this difficult time. Not only did she and her caregivers take excellent care of Mom, they also demonstrated great kindness toward my dad and me. Every day that we visited, the caregivers would greet us warmly and go out of their way to share positive anecdotes and updates. And when we broke down in grief, they would offer hugs and sincere empathy. We feel comforted knowing that Mom received the best care possible during her stay here. My mom was a resident at Tender Care for only 16 short days but in that time we quickly realized that we had made the best choice possible. She was already under hospice care but we felt that removing her from the home she had been living was crucial to insure her final days would be handled in a caring and respectful manner. Mashal, Raj and their staff are by far the most skilled, gentle and compassionate people we have run across in the field of senior care. My mom has lived in both “facility” and “home” style settings. There is nothing that even comes close to comparing with Tender Care! Unfortunately, Mom had declined to a point where she wasn’t eating much in the way of solid food but she would have loved the real, home cooked food that is provided at mealtimes. I would highly recommend TenderCare to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and warm atmosphere for a friend or family member. The owner of this home provided home nursing services for my grandfather when he was placed in hospice care. The care that she provided not only for him, but in comforting my grandmother and I throughout the process, will never be forgotten. She is a very kind and gentle woman who truly cares about her patients and the work that she does. I have toured this home, and as someone who has visited many different senior living communities in my line of work, I can honestly say that this is one of the nicest environments you could choose for your loved one. Anyone living at TenderCare will be in very good hands.
