Teal Shores is a beautiful community with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is exceptional, and with Capri now managing the community, things are only going to improve even further. Excited to see what the future holds for this wonderful place!

Our Mom has lived at the facility where Teal Shores recently took ownership for almost 4 years. Until this past month she had been living there independently, Unfortunately, this past month our mom's health has taken a turn and we have moved her to the Memory Care Unit. There are not enough positive words that can be said about every single staff person at Teal Shores who we have come into contact with this past month. Their compassion, understanding, respect and care for not only my mom but for our family has been overwhelming. When my mom first moved into this facility it was owned by outstanding leadership, and equally by the new ownership that has taken over since September. From the Bottom of our Hearts , Thank You for all That you do, day in and day out for all of your clients!

Teal Shores has been a wonderful, supportive, caring community for my mom in independent living. She’s made such good friends and enjoys the dog therapy, outings, social activities, and even won the Halloween costume contest last year! The staff has become family and always has the residents well-taken care of. I would definitely recommend Teal Shores for any seniors looking for a new place to call home.

I have lived at Teal Shores Senior Residence about 3 1/2 years. Since Capri has come to Teal Shores, things have really improved with many more activities, and great improvements in maintenance and housekeeping staffs. Activities have really become positive with Malia Fischer returning with her high energy. Capri also communicates well with residents with regular meeting sessions. I feel privileged to have a place like Teal Shores to call home.

I’m excited to see Capri has taken over this beautiful building. Capri Communities has a reputation of creating innovative and top notch senior living communities. Capri has recruited a leadership team to oversee this community that has a track record of success. As an outside vendor, I’ve always been welcomed by kind reception staff and caregivers. They also always have activities going on in the main area. It is a community worth seeing!
