We made the difficult decision to move my grandma from her home to Terrabella and we have loved it! The staff are so personable and we feel as through my grandma is in great hands. Thankful for Terrabella and its staff for all they’ve done for my family this year!

From the moment I walked in, I could feel the warmth in this place. The staff are some of the friendliest and most caring people I’ve ever met! They are professional, patient, and truly compassionate. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents, not just as part of their job but as people. The food is absolutely amazing!! The chef makes homemade-style meals that feel comforting and taste delicious! What really stood out to me was the peaceful atmosphere. It’s quiet, calm, and feels like home. There’s no loud chaos or constant bustle like I’ve seen in other communities. The front porch is beautiful — such a relaxing spot where residents can sit, visit, or just enjoy the day. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism with such genuine heart, but this one truly does. I’m so thankful to have found it!

I highly recommend TerraBella Fuquay! The community has been under new management since January and it is a night and day difference. The leadership has longevity and are always available when needed. The staff are caring and present. Marcela in activities is energetic and keeps the residents engaged and happy. You can’t go wrong!
