Kelly at Terra Bella has been great to work with--she is quick to respond to questions, shows tremendous compassion, and is patient and persistent in helping guide families through the long term care process on a timeline that works for their needs.

This is one of the most inviting places from the front desk and office staff to every single caregiver! You really feel included and part of the family. We have been serving in the building as a Home Care Company and they treat us like we are family there. Thank you for being in my opinion a center of excellence.

I visit TerraBella Hillsborough at least 3 times per week. The community is always clean. The staff is always friendly. The meals smell delicious. The recent renovations are beautiful. I enjoy all of my visits to TerraBella Hillsborough.

I cant say enough about this place! The compassion and understanding for my love ones condition was outstanding. Kelly and Jennifer made me feel welcomed and were very open to all my (silly) questions. The care staff was just as great too. By far the nicest place I have seen, and I've seen them all! They made the toughest decision of my life much easier!

Terra Bella was great! I appreciated all the help Kelly provided to get my Uncle placed quickly and the staff was so helpful. They went above and beyond so many times. Bills were always accurate and paying was simple. My Uncle loved the food. The rooms are nice and quiet. The campus is beautiful and safe!
