TerraBella Knightdale

My sister and I visited TerraBella Knightdale on Monday. I was off from work, but Kaitlyn was on the job! It was great that she was able to accommodate us on a holiday. She expertly introduced us to the facility and was able to let us view rooms in both AL and MC. I especially liked the low lipped shower area and wide doorways in the rooms. Your loved one should have no issues using a wheelchair throughout the facility.

My parent's have been a resident of this community since 2023. They are in their mid 80's and have been well taken care of. As most of you reading this know, all of these communities are not perfect. This staff has done a great job communicating and meeting the needs of my parents. I would like to especially thank the Business Manager for always helping me with anything I need. She is very polite, always willing to help, and efficient with responses. Thanks to all the staff for the care of my parents.

This is a review that has come from months up to a year of experience with this place. The care staff- you only have a few that truly care about the residents. My mom doesn't receive the proper care and you have to beg for assistance from some of the care staff. It's sad that my mom and the other residents have to experience this. The Business Office Manager- you ask her a question regarding the bill or related to what she does and her attitude is horrible. She is curt and does not know how to speak properly to people. The Executive Director- well the old one has left. She was o.k. but of course alot of the stuff that took place under her leadership wasn't the best. I've spoken to a few staff who says they can never keep a Concierge because of someone in management. We will see how the new ED does with turning this place around in a more positive direction. If it doesn't, we may have to find a new facility for our mom.

My husband and I visited the community two days before Thanksgiving. Our first encounter was with a young lady maintaining the front entrance, her smile and greeting was genuinely friendly and sweet. Everyone we met made us feel like this will be a pleasant place for my Mother to live. The residents were nice and seemed content and that's very important. We understand a sales directors job is to make you feel comfortable, and present the facility in its best light, but Kaitlyn was very genuine and professional. Thank you for helping a difficult decision easy. My daughter's will be visiting their grandmother's new anticipated home today.

I visited the facility as a recommendation from a friend while looking for a place for a family member. The facility was well kept the staff was very pleasant and attentive. Their leadership was very professional and took the time needed to assist me. Thanks to all for a pleasant experience.
