Terrabella Lake Norman

I recently toured this facility and I am very pleased with the cleanliness and friendly staff. Everyone I encountered was polite with an upbeat mood which was a breath of fresh air. The facility is well maintained, and has a very “home like” feel. After touring many assisted living centers, we will be calling Terra Bella home! 🩷

I transitioned my mom from a skilled nursing facility in another state into the memory care unit of TerraBella Lake Norman. I was very worried about the effects of the move on my mom. This facility could not have done a better job of making her feel at home here. The facility is amazing with so many wonderful activities run by Teresa that are personalized and geared for every stage that the residents are in. The entire staff works so hard to meet people where they are. The place is so clean and it feels like a neighborhood with all of the gathering places both inside and outside. I am thrilled to say that mom is thriving!

My sister moved to TerraBella Lake Norman in March of 2025 after deciding we needed to have her closer to us. She wasn’t thrilled to be leaving Atlanta, but the staff at TB did everything in their power to make for a smooth transition. She has had some medical issues which the staff were able to accommodate. The staff is friendly and genuinely care for her. She has made lots of friends and enjoys participating in activities. TerraBella has been a great choice for our family!

In searching for a home for my sister, Terabella outshined them all. From the front door and throughout. Nicole, the Director of Sales, guided me through everything I needed to know, even with how to have the conversation with my sister about her move. She loves her job and is very dedicated. There is an overall sense of joy and happiness at Terabella in employees and residents alike. The environment is not clinical or stuffy. Instead I found it bright and inviting. My sister is in her third month at Terabella and very happy. She participates in the many activities and rarely in her room. I like to join her in activities when I visit. The overall theme at Terabella is, the entire building and grounds is the resident’s home. The employees encourage this and are a part of making it a family instead of just their job. I am forever grateful.

My parents have lived here for a few years and their experience has been great. Every time I vist I appreciate the clean and welcoming social spaces and the welcoming staff. As my parents are aging up to a different level of care, I also appreciate how the staff have consulted with us and provided guidance to assist us. Everyone, from the maintenance staff to housekeeping, on up to office staff are friendly and professional. They know my parents and show genuine care.
