Our loved one was recently placed in Terra Bella Lincolnton's Memory Care Unit. We are very impressed with how clean the unit is, how kind and caring the staff is and how comforting it is to know she is in a safe place. Karen in Sales answered out questions and was so helpful. Sherrie has also helped us get our loved one settled. Our loved one has made friends already and jokes with the staff. We are grateful to Terra Bella for their kindness.

We moved my MIL in after a broken hip this past summer and she has been doing well. Karen has been most helpful facilitating the move and answering any questions or concerns that we have. Terra Bella’s caregivers are very compassionate and provide us comfort during this time of great family stress with our loved one as she ages. Karen is always available and we truly appreciate her industry knowledge and approach. Thank you.

TerraBella is not just a facility, it is my mom’s home, a place where she feels happy, comfortable, and deeply supported. TerraBella has exceeded all of our expectations in every possible way. We more than highly recommend it to any family facing this important decision.

My mom has adjusted well to assisted living at Terra Bella because the staff is attentive and caring and the residents are friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, the fact that the staff checks on the residents several times a day, and the activities offered that provide opportunities to mingle and make new friends. If we have an issue, I feel comfortable speaking with the staff to resolve it because they are willing to listen and help in any way.

TerraBella Lincolnton is such an amazing place! There is so much love and joy throughout the community. The staff is top-notch—friendly, caring, and always willing to go the extra mile.
