My family and I made the very difficult decision to find a care facility for our mom. On a very difficult and heartbreaking journey touring facilities we came across TerraBella at Northridge. The moment we walked in we knew this had to be where God had brought us!!!!! The staff were so welcoming, it was so clean ( no displeasing odors!!!!) and we felt a sense of joy that we never felt anywhere else we toured. Our mother who was so incredibly sad about moving there has adjusted in a way only God and this precious staff could have done!!!!! We have All been amazed at how well she has done and how Happy she is now!!!!!! We are so incredibly Thankful to all the wonderful staff and the precious residents that have made this incredibly hard journey such a wonderful place for our family!!!!!! We all feel like family there and it feels like home!!!!!! We are so Thankful we found this sweet place for our mom!!! The Lord is so Good!!!!!❤️

Misty and her team at TerraBella Northridge were great to work with in making a quick move-in happen for an out of town family. Due to the Resident's family living in another state and the timeline that they were working with, it took extra effort by Misty to make their Mom's transition a smooth one. I would highly recommend working with Misty and her team.

Misty has been wonderful to work with as I transition both of my parents to assisted living at the same time. Throughout the process, she has been consistently professional, responsive, knowledgable and supportive. She has a wonderful, positive attitude and has put my mind at ease. She is a true asset to Terra Bella Northridge!

In my personal experience, Terra Bella Assisted Living failed my family in ways I will never forget. We entrusted them with the care of my mom, who had severe Alzheimer’s and was at the end of her life, for less than 24 hours — and what we witnessed was deeply distressing. When we arrived, we found her in a condition that no family should ever have to see: overheated, with a 101 fever, unattended, and clearly not checked on or cared for in the way we were assured she would be. Staff apologized repeatedly, which to me signaled they recognized the seriousness of what had happened. Tragically, my mom passed away within 24 hours of being in their care. In my view, they offered no meaningful support, action, or accountability during or after this nightmare of an experience. They initially agreed to refund the money we had put down, but once we followed up, they became completely unresponsive. At this point, they refuse to communicate at all, leaving us without answers and without the refund they promised. And while this is not about money at all, my father now needs that refund to move out of their home and into a smaller place that fits within his budget. Based on what my family went through, I would never recommend this facility to anyone who cares about the wellbeing of a loved one. In my experience, the compassion, attentiveness, and basic responsibility you expect from an assisted living facility simply were not there. There are far more compassionate and responsible places out there, and I will forever wish we had entrusted my mom to one of them so she could have died with the dignity she deserved.

My mother has been a resident of the Assisted Living building at Terra Bella for over a year, and we could not be more pleased with the level of care she receives. My mother requires a significant amount of attention, including assistance with: * Bathing and dressing * Personal needs * Transferring (e.g., chair to bed) The entire care staff has consistently been exceptionally patient, kind, and professional when attending to her extensive needs. This dedication gives our family immense peace of mind. We are particularly grateful for Ashley, the Activities Director. Ashley goes above and beyond to ensure residents remain socially active and engaged. She personally encourages my mom to come down to the living room and participate. The variety of social activities Ashley schedules is excellent and truly enhances the quality of life for the residents. My mom frequently comments on how much she enjoys the meals, noting the good variety offered. Overall, we feel incredibly comfortable and confident that my mom is receiving high-quality, compassionate care at Terra Bella. Thank you to the entire Terra Bella team!
