TerraBella Salisbury

When my sister and I first brought my mom to Terra Bella a year ago to the memory care unit, we gradually began to have several concerns. But under new management, issues have been addressed, new staff are in place, more education is being provided and everything has improved greatly. The staff is more attentive and compassionate — they treat residents more like family, not just patients. Communication has improved, and we always feel informed and included in decisions. We feel like we can rest easier knowing our mom is receiving excellent care and treated with dignity and respect. We finally have peace of mind knowing she is safe and properly supported. We also had an ongoing billing issue that Executive Director Bonnie Moore worked diligently with Regional Director Andrew Dellinger to resolve in a professional manner. Shout out to Bonnie, Dani, Anna, Jennifer, Angela, Cindy R., Serena, Lisa and all the wonderful memory care staff (too many to mention) that are so patient and caring with our mom. We are deeply grateful to this team for such wonderful care.

With the revamp in leadership TaraBella Salisbury has turned the corner and the focus on the residents has improved significantly! The overall compassion score is really good now and the care level has turned 180. We appreciate all they do to make our loved one in having them feel cared for!

The leadership team, care team, and environmental services are doing a wonderful job at this facility. I also wanted to give a shout out to Dani, Memory Care Director, for the care and attention she and her staff give to the residents. I highly recommend this facility to families looking for a place to care for their loved ones.

My wife has been in memory care at TerraBella since September of 2022. I have always felt the care was compassionate and competent; however, under the new leadership of Nadia it has reached a whole new level. The staff is stable, focused and well trained. What they are accomplishing in a very challenging setting brings great comfort to me. Integration with medical staff has been excellent.
