Terrace At Towne Centre The

I've had TWO relatives who were residents at Towne Centre. Care outside of family is a difficult decision, but the cleanliness of the facility and Riki, specifically, gave me peace about it. In the years my loved ones were there they were treated w/dignity and received quality care. Riki was very communicative, responsive and kept us in the loop about EVERYTHING. I only have gratitude and appreciation for Towne Centre, Riki and her staff. I know it's a difficult decision to make, but should that time come, I would 100% recommend!

From what I’ve been told and seen, Towne Centre has been amazing to my great aunt.. she calls it her home. The meals, cleanliness and different events they have for the residents . The entire staff has been respectful and friendly. It’s great environment to be around.

I can't say enough good things about Towne Center Assisted Living! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I felt a sense of warmth and community. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and inviting, but what truly sets Towne Center apart is its incredible staff, and especially its director, Ricky. Navigating the world of assisted living can be overwhelming, but Ricky made the entire process so much easier. She was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all of my questions (and I had a lot!) with genuine care and understanding. Ricky's knowledge of the services offered, the specific needs of residents, and the overall operation of Towne Center was truly impressive. She went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed to make the best decision for my family. Because of Ricky, I feel confident and at peace knowing my loved one will be in such capable and compassionate hands. If you're looking for a top-notch assisted living facility, I wholeheartedly recommend Towne Center. And if you have the pleasure of working with Ricky, you'll see firsthand what an asset she is to this community. She is truly exceptional!

Towne Centre is a wonderful place to house your loved one. The Director is warm and accommodating. Housekeeping is impeccable, the nursing staff is caring, the dietary team committed, the activities offered keep residents busy and social. The staff as a whole are always willing to help when necessary. I know and have known many who have had the pleasure of living there and I have never heard them complain. I would wholeheartedly suggest looking into Towne Centre.

Towne Centre is a great place to live. The staff are so attentive and encouraging to the residents. There is one staff member named Hayley I think I can’t remember her last name but she was doing activities she’s my favorite. She works so well with the residents. Big thumbs up to Hayley👍🏽
