TERRACES AT VIA VERDE-A MEMORY CARE COMMUNITY, THE

The Terraces has exceeded my expectations in every respect. The level of care provided is exceptional, and every employee I have encountered has been consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. It is clear that the staff takes great pride in their work and truly cares about the well-being, comfort, and dignity of the residents. As I do not live nearby, I am unable to visit my sister as often as I would like. Whenever I call, the staff takes the time to listen, answer my questions thoroughly, and provide meaningful updates regarding my sister’s care. Their openness, patience, and commitment to communication offer me tremendous reassurance. Knowing that my sister is receiving such attentive and compassionate care brings me great comfort and peace of mind.

My dad has only physically been at the Terraces, maybe a week out of the month ½ he has been a resident. He fell the first night and went to the ER. A couple of days later his bp dropped considerably sending him back to the hospital ending up at a skilled nursing facility for 3 weeks. We anticipate his return to the Terraces on Jan. 5th. I have been charged since Nov. 24 to present.

My wife and I shopped around a lot to find the right place for her dad once his care needs exceeded our capacity. The first facility we placed him at kicked him out after 5 days, not because of behavior but because they decided he “wasn’t a good fit.” We were in a bind but The Terraces quickly took up the slack and transferred him to a wonderful room. It ended up being a blessing in disguise because The Terraces was the absolute perfect place for my father in law. He had much more room to roam. The caregivers adored him and helped him in all the ways he needed. His room and bathroom were always clean, even when I dropped by unannounced. The staff at The Terraces is incredibly responsive. They even gave me their cell numbers so the family could communicate at any time. His last few months of life were incredibly happy and peaceful at The Terraces. I can’t recommend them enough.

Moving our loved one here was the best decision we ever made!! The facility is very clean and well maintained. Our loved one enjoys each and every one of his meals, lovingly prepared by the chef. Due to our loved one’s limited mobility, his meals are especially prepared for him to easily feed himself. Maintaining his independence is importance to us. The executives are always available for check in’s and updates. They are very involved with the daily in’s and outs of the residence's. There are plenty of activities as well. Our loved one enjoy’s participating in the daily activities. We get pictures and updates from the activities he attends. I can sleep at night knowing our loved one is well taken care of. ❤️

The Terraces in Via Verde is a great place for loved ones in need of help special care due to Dementia and Alzheimer needs. Along with the many activities available to help with overall health, their dietary needs provided are fantastic. Meals prepared by Head Chef Ovillio and his kitchen staff are exceptionally thoughtful. Delicious and nutritionally beneficial, our mother enjoys dining in the dining room and often asks for seconds. She especially enjoys festive meals associated with the holidays and family favorite dishes we've requested. Visitors able to dine with our mom are also impressed with Chef Ovillio's offerings. Thank you, Terraces... for bringing his expertise to our mother's new home.
