The Terraces at Via Verde-A Memory Care Community

I visit many senior communities and if you are anywhere near the San Dimas area, The Terraces at Via Verde is one of the best places to take your loved one if they are faced with memory impairment in any way. You can trust that your loved one will be treated with care as they live in their new home. I work for a medical group where my clinical staff comes in and gives extra clinical support partnering with their clinical staff there at the community. The amount of wellness and enrichment programs they have show how much they truly care for each and every resident. Special thanks to those we work very close with, Oscar, Suby, Nicole and their entire team for all that you do. The team there works on a string to make sure every level of care is completed. The Terraces has exceeded my expectations in every respect. The level of care provided is exceptional, and every employee I have encountered has been consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. It is clear that the staff takes great pride in their work and truly cares about the well-being, comfort, and dignity of the residents. As I do not live nearby, I am unable to visit my sister as often as I would like. Whenever I call, the staff takes the time to listen, answer my questions thoroughly, and provide meaningful updates regarding my sister’s care. Their openness, patience, and commitment to communication offer me tremendous reassurance. Knowing that my sister is receiving such attentive and compassionate care brings me great comfort and peace of mind.

My dad has only physically been at the Terraces, maybe a week out of the month ½ he has been a resident. He fell the first night and went to the ER. A couple of days later his bp dropped considerably sending him back to the hospital ending up at a skilled nursing facility for 3 weeks. We anticipate his return to the Terraces on Jan. 5th. I have been charged since Nov. 24 to present.
