To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for Crystal Horner. When faced with the overwhelming task of moving my mother into assisted living, Crystal was instrumental in making the process seamless, especially since I reside out of state. Crystal's professionalism and compassion were evident from her first visit to my mother at Terrebonne Hospital. Where others had failed, she was able to put my mother at ease with the transition. She handled every detail with dedication and a remarkable work ethic, from the logistics of the move to ensuring my mother was settled in a safe and welcoming environment. To begin, this was the most difficult decision I have ever made with my family. As a close-knit family, we never intended to place our parent(s) in a nursing home. However, once we became members of our Junior Auxiliary community, where we actively engage in activities for the elderly, we recognized that Terrebonne would be our preferred choice if we ever had to relocate our mother. The staff has extended a warm welcome to us, as have the residents. They have consistently demonstrated unwavering support in every way. The entire community will go above and beyond to create a comfortable and nurturing environment for your loved one. I cannot adequately express my gratitude for their exceptional care and dedication.

My parents have recently become residents of Terrebonne Place. I was so overwhelmed after visiting a few similar places in our area. The second I walked in to Terrebonne Place I knew I had found the perfect place. All the staff has been beyond amazing in helping me with the application process. They have been so patient and compassionate with every question and concern I have had over the last few weeks. It's only been three days since my parents have moved it but so far they are loving it. They are usually quick to complain about everything. They especially love the good. My mom has made so many friends so far. It is so wonderful to see them so happy during this scary transition in their lives.

On behalf of my mother and I, we would like to extend our sincere gratefulness to all the staff at Trustwell Living Terrebonne Place. Everyone of you have gone above and beyond your calls of duty to make my mom feel at home and so cared for by your loving kindness, compassion and knowledge in just the 4 months she has been at your facility. To us, it just feels like home and did the moment we stepped through the doors. It felt like everyone was family already by being so welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for an assisted living facility that just makes you feel worthy and loved.

I am very happy with the care my dad receives at Terrebonne Place. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely compassionate. They respond quickly to any questions or concerns, and they’re consistently attentive to the needs of both residents and families. Their daily interactions with the residents show a true commitment to their well-being, and it’s clear they care deeply about each individual. Happy with my choice of assisted living facilities.
