THE ADDISON OF LINDSAY PLACE (NJ75A000)

The facility is nice. However, it does not provide all of the services promised. There are no transportation services for residents in wheelchairs, laundry service is erratic, and unit maintenance/repair issues are often ignored. Staff is spread thin and under appreciated. Being told to speak to the ED is not heloful. Still waiting after 11 months for key (things taken from apt) and a new blind. Complaints about anything are met with assurances but little follow through. My sister likes living there, but she pays well to do so; and it is not unreasonable to have reasonable expectations.

My friend lives here and it’s just lovely. Linda always welcomes me when she’s in. Everyone is so nice and he loves the food too.

Our family is used to the long hours and missed dinners with my mom because she is at work and helping the residents we know that they are taking care of and happy because when we drop off my moms dinner they are all very happy. If your loved one moved in my mom would take very good care of them.

My mom is the director of nursing here and she could not be more dedicated to all of her residents . I’ve been lucky enough to meet some of the residents and they are happy,healthy and safe. All of the staff are wonderful!

My family has always felt very confident that our mom is safe, content and well cared for. The staff, including the Executive Director, are very caring and have stepped up whenever we had any concern and worked quickly to help. The facility is very home-like. We are very satisfied with our decision.
