I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the moment we first toured the facility, we knew it was the right choice for Mom. The staff is not only professional and attentive but also genuinely kind and compassionate. They treat every resident like family, always going the extra mile to make sure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and respected. The facility itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and feels more like a warm, welcoming home than an institution. The rooms are spacious and cozy, and there are plenty of communal areas where residents can socialize, participate in activities, or just relax. What really stood out to us was the level of personalized care. The team took the time to get to know Mom's needs, preferences, and routines, and tailored her care accordingly. It gave us such peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. The activities and social events are thoughtful and engaging, helping residents stay active and connected. Meals are nutritious and delicious, with options to accommodate dietary needs. We’re so grateful to have found this place. It’s more than an assisted living facility, it’s a community. One of the best nursing homes in the area. I like how they have activities all together and some that can be done from their individual rooms. Staff always seems to care.

Terrible experience..Spent one night there. I left the next day in my own car and Stacy the administrator recommended my daughter execute her Power of Attorney and had me PEC'd (locked up) in a behavioral unit in Monroe for 9 days. Thank god for my niece who rescued me and I am living with now. Got a bill for over 1500 dollars plus lost my 1000 dollar deposit! So Beware!

As the Doctor told my folks, “The Arbor is the place to go - to get better”.
