The Arbor Inn

My mother was a resident of the memory care unit at this facility for about 15 months before her passing. During that time she received the most excellent, caring attention from the staff. In particular, workers like the wellness director, Shannon, and staff Brandon, Chris, Hannah, Yzan, Dan, Ron and Dana went out of their way to always see that she felt loved, cared for and well taken care of! I could not have asked for a better group of people to care for my mom in her later years! They've extended that care to me as family and that goes above and beyond what most of these types of facilities offer! Every single worker there loved and cared for my mom as if she were theirs and I couldn't have asked for more!

My mother lived at the Arbor Inn for over a decade and the staff truly treated her and and my whole family as part of their family. I am so thankful to the staff and really appreciate all the care They showed my mom over the years.

I cannot express enough how wonderful The Arbor Inn is. The staff are very caring, kind, loving and compassionate. They took excellent care of my mother. They were always on top of any health issues that needed to be addressed immediately. My dear mother passed away on Mother’s Day and Shannon, Wellness Director, took immediate action to ensure my mom was placed in hospice. I would highly recommend placing a loved one in their care.

After the difficult decision that mom could no longer live by herself, we chose Arbor Inn. Mom loved it here, called it home. She loved the employees, they became her second family. She made a few new friends and loved their music events. Very clean facility, easy floor plan to get around, laundry done weekly, good meals and beautiful secured outdoor courtyards to enjoy the outside. You all have a special place in my heart for taking such good care of mom. Thank you. ❤️

My brother and I reviewed a few other facilities in the last few months for our mom's care. After talking to Tara and her staff we decided Arbor inn was the place for our mom. The transition was not easy, the staff at Arbor Inn was helpful, kind and supportive as our mom acclimated to her new surroundings. Arbor Inn is always clean and accommodating when we visit. I feel good knowing that my mom is a safe and in a friendly environment. Mostly I feel happy knowing that our mom is feeling comfortable and secure in her new residence.
