THE AUBERGE AT BENBROOK LAKE A MEMORY CARE COMMUNITY

The Auberge has been a welcoming assisted living home for me and my friends who are here while our Walnut Creek home is being renovated because it flooded. Bree has answered our many questions and done nice favors for me and others. The food is good and the Caregivers are caring and dedicated. Thanks to all of you for all you do! Bette Wehner

We have been so pleased with the care, medical attention and delicious meals that my parents have been provided since that moved to the Auberge. Kathi Smith, the director is available 24 hours a day if needed, as well as nurses aids that are on duty. My mother receives physical therapy 5 days a week and her hair is fixed at their beauty shop each week. Lisa is the activities coordinator and each day is filled with games, exercise classes, concerts , cooking classes, gardening & flower arranging. Their goal is to stimulate their bodies & minds. Our family feels so blessed by the Auberge during this time of my parents lives.

I had an incredible experience with the staff and was welcomed by a personalized sign upon entry. I felt very comfortable in knowing that the Auberge is an all memory care community, meaning that it is more inviting and open, where in other settings the residents are shoved and locked back into a corner. The staff focus on interaction and engagement with the residents and it truly shows. Very impressed.

The staff at the Auberge at Benbrook Lake have done an extraordinary job of taking care of first both parents, and now my mother. They are obviously not only professionally concerned about her well being and happiness, but I truly believe many of them sincerely care about her. The setting is pleasant, the food good and commitment of staff amazing.

The Auberge at Benbrook really has everything you could want in a Memory Care Community. The staff are amazing, the residents are like family and the management team goes above and beyond daily. You will get excellent quality care here, but even more- you will see a vibrant program where residents are really happy and engaged.
