THE AUBERGE AT CYPRESSWOOD A MEMORY CARE COMMUNITY

My Dad has been at the Auberge for 4yrs now! We have always loved the experiences he has been able to have living at home there. The level of care has all ways been about keeping him health, happy, engaged and physical! I’m so happy he’s been apart of this community and can’t wait to see what is happening in the coming new year! Thank you to the amazing new staff. I couldn’t do it without you!

My mother has had increasing need for physical assistance and memory care for some time. My family and I made the difficult decision to place her in a facility and looked extensively over the past few months to find the "best fit" for her. After checking multiple facilities in the area, we found the Auberge at Cypresswood to best meet our needs. The facility is clean and well kept. The staff members are friendly and upbeat and seem to genuinely care about the residents. The programming is well organized and offers multiple opportunities for activities and socialization. Precious and Valerie and the administrative team have gone out of their way to assist in as smooth a transition as possible and have been very receptive and responsive to my MANY questions along the way. My mother moved in earlier this week, and so far, so good. I pray things continue to go well with this challenging season of life. We realize there is "no place like home" and there is also no "perfect" place, but the Auberge and its staff are doing their best to make it feel like home for my mom and to make it as near-perfect as it can be for her.

I have nothing but great things to say regarding The Auberge! I am so excited to see how engaged and happy my loved one and the other residents are. From day 1 I could see that all staff were and are invested in the residents comfort. Moving into a new place can be daunting but Valerie and the staff have gone out of their way to assist in making the transition as stress free as possible for my loved one and me too.The facility is clean and cheerful and the residents are happy. Also, there is no time for anyone being bored because the activities director and staff keep everyone hopping with a variety of fun activities. I am so happy that my loved one is at The Auberge!

For those of you who don't know, ALL Auberge communities are old Silverado communities. This means that your family will have the best Memory Care, hands down anywhere. Auberge Cypresswood has long been known in the community for having some of the best caregivers, nurses, sales personnel, Administrator, education classes, support groups and of course food. Melissa, their inside/outside sales person is phenomenal and so personal when it comes to helping you with the process of transitioning your loved one to the community. She does everything possible to make sure you and your family are comfortable and educated on the process of what life is like at The Auberge. They also have a wonderful and heart felt Administrator, Gigi. Gigi really takes the time to get to know each and every family member, their loved one and their story. When you are at Auberge Cypresswood you really do feel like family. You will not find a more compassionate and caring community than right here.

My wife is a resident of The Auberge at Cypresswood. The caregivers are thoroughly professional and genuinely care about the residents. Several different placement services recommended Cypresswood highly. There is a very homey feel to the place. If residents want to participate, they have a variety of activities to choose from, including offsite outings. The activities are directed by a skilled staff. Meals are served in small dining rooms with 10-15 residents and two caregiver-servers. Pets, either residents or visitors, are welcomed. I highly recommend that The Auberge at Cypresswood be considered in your search for a home for your loved one.
