THE AUBERGE AT KINGWOOD A MEMORY CARE COMMUNITY

Thank goodness they closed. It appeared to be a,decent place in July 2024, but went downhill FAST. From Sept 2024 until May 2025, they had 3 different Executive Directors, 3 different business managers, and 4 different so called nurse directors as well as 2 different chefs. Krystal, the sales director was fabulous, but she also left this facility, but the rest of the employees were definitely sub par. I wouldn't put a dog there

Exceptional care at The Auberge at Kingwood! Eddy, Krystal and the staff are incredibly compassionate, and the environment feels like a true home. Activities are engaging, and the memory care program is top-notch. Highly recommended for peace of mind and quality of life for your loved ones.

Your loved ones are in incredible care while staying in this facility. The people who work there are dedicated and truly caring. Krystal is amazing as she successfully showcases what The Auberge can offer to the community and the strong involvement that they have with their residents and families. You will not regret taking your loved ones at The Auberge!

This facility is so wonderful and clean! Everyone is so welcoming and greets you with a huge smile on their faces. They have a new nurse, Tracy who is fantastic and Zeke is one of the best nurses I have ever met! Their Director of Sales and Marketing, Krystal, care so deeply for all of the residents and I see the way she interacts with the residents as if they were her very own family. I highly recommend this amazing community, if you are looking to place your loved ones!

The Auberge is not only a lovely facility but a loving team. The team here is all about caring for their residents and families. There isn’t a manager insight that isn’t willing to go above and beyond. Krystal and Kenny are always coming up with amazing way to engage with the residents and families and the Chef here will make you want to stay for dinner! I highly recommend their services.
