THE AUBERGE AT VALLEY RANCH A MEMORY CARE COMMUNITY

I am so impressed! I've lived here almost 5 yrs and to see how our Director takes charge and has really gone to great lengths to help everyone feel so comfortable. This last week when it was so icy and cold, she had planned ahead of time and the staff was exceptional in taking care of everyone. The cozy fireplaces were a real attraction and seeing the steam off the pool only reminded us of how unique and special this home is. The office staff is so helpful, in answering questions and keeping us informed. Chef T is such a blessing to us. He listens and cares about our health, as well the taste. Will our driver is everywhere helping in any way he can, keeps us laughing and in good spirits. I love Seeing the pets and their masters love on them and seeing the smiles they bring to all. I feel so lucky that my bookkeeper and family thought that I'd be happy living here. My brother lives here too and we see a lot of each other. My neighbors have become friends and we play together every day.

Best place to call home! Beautiful community and heated pool! Food was outstanding.

Roaches, can’t seem to get management to manage the roaches. Why, idk. We’ve complained for years to no avail. This review is to reach the owners of the property to help solve the issue before we have to move. We are here due to health issues and it will be very difficult to love but we’ve had to have outside pest control companies come in multiple times and they also can’t solve the problem. My residence is very clean and they are not coming from me but coming to my clean environment. I wake up with a inches on me. Here are pics of them around and under my bed, please help. Will review everywhere I can to prevent others from getting stuck here

I am very unhappy with The Remington @ Valley Ranch. They may pretend to be your friend at times, but don’t be fooled—they are only in it for the money and cutting corners! My dad lived here for several years, and although I wanted to believe everything was okay, I had to constantly ask for his apartment to be exterminated due to an overwhelming roach problem that was never adequately addressed. It felt like they only cared when I was pushing for basic standards of living. After my dad’s passing, their insensitivity was shocking. All they seemed concerned about was the next month’s rent. They neglected to inform any of the staff or any of the residents about his death, and not a single representative from the facility attended his funeral. I cannot recommend this facility to anyone seeking a loving, caring, and roach-free environment for their loved ones.
