The Bartlett Rehabilitation, Skilled Care and Assisted Living

My father is now missing because of the mal practice that this practice has shown. According to record the staff had failed to check on my father after not signing out of a “Visit” or “Outside time” if you will. No attempt to contact police authority was made by this facility as well as no attempt to go look for him. We are on Day 2 of looking for him in El Paso and not counting the countless “We don’t know” visits when going to see my dad. I highly do not recommend you have your loved ones there especially if they struggle with memory problems. no judgment against people who do but these people will obviously just let them walk out. I pray to God for you all at this facility.

This facility is outstanding in every aspect . I highly recommend it.

I have had my father at the Bartlett since June 18th, and Í have had quite a bit of support being that a Family life changes everything once they are sick and cannot take Care of themselves. I admire the attention and care that is given to the elderly in need of rehabilitation and assistance. A special thanks to Glena Gilliam For your help & assistance.

Hey folks, I'm going to drop a few words about The Bartlett. 🤔, I wish we had heard of this great skilled nursing facility long before we did. There were 2 other facilities that we regret going to but that's in the past. The Bartlett, the staff is top notch. I didn't notice any fake generosity. I've worked in a hospital setting in the past and I know how busy it can from one minute to the next. The environment is loud at times but that's the way it goes. If anyone has a family member or friend that needs rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility, I definitely recommend them. From the CNAs to the Nurses and the food service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
