The Blake at Flowood

I visited 2 friends in assisted care. They expressed comfort in being at the Blake. Their needs are being met by caring people.

Nice facility with inconsistent service. My mother in law was a resident for 11 years. Some of the PAs are excellent, some are cold and uncaring. Nursing level staff is very good. Upper level management is unresponsive to calls and emails. Difficult to get a response when there is a problem requiring a response beyond what the PAs can provide. Frustrating to deal with from a family perspective.

Our experience with our Mother at the Blake has been positive. She is happy to be there in a clean, safe and caring environment with good food and good friends. Nothing makes her family happier than for her to be content and well taken care of and we thank you for that.

I absolutely love the Blake! Please do not change your quality of care for our love ones. ❤️❤️ You make it possible for family members to live a wholesome life. God bless the Blake family🌹
