THE BLAKE AT TYLER, LLC

We recently moved my Mom from a different assisted living facility in Tyler. We are very happy with the change! The staff is very friendly, and seems to genuinely care about the happiness and wellbeing of my Mom. Great facilities and attentiveness.

Thry have gone above and beyond for my mother-in-laws care. They are basically accommodating her as a skilled nursing facility would. Amazing service. I would be blessed to stay there when I get older. It is very clean and they have a ton of activities for the residents

The staff is beyond professional, their building is absolutely stunning and so clean! I can't recommend this place enough. Sydney is the most caring person I've ever met, such a gem!

The Blake in Tyler is truly the BEST place for assisted living and memory care in East Texas. The staff are genuine, compassionate and kind. The facility is beautiful, peaceful and pristine. The amenities are limitless and truly guarantee a wonderful experience for residents and their families. The Blake is one of a kind and has exceeded all expectations that we had. The food is top notch and the caregivers are excellent. Shout out to Jayden as he always goes the extra mile when taking care of his residents. Executive Director Sharon and Sydney Director of Sales and their team are phenomenal and always go above and beyond in every situation big or small.

Working to make sure your parents are well taken care of is not an easy job. Lots of decisions have to be made as to the best path to a safe, clean and healthy environment. The Blake has been the answer for our parents to have a caring and comfortable home with compassionate care. The management and all of the staff have been outstanding and are truly caring. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, yet also realistic as to the best care for our loved ones. We could not be happier than we are with all aspects of The Blake.
