The Bridge at Hickory Woods

I recently moved to the Bridge at Hickory Woods. I am very pleased with the staff. The nurse CJ is amazing. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. The food takes me back to when I was a child. The activities are plentiful and fun. Everything is amazing.

Our experience with The Bridge at Hickory Woods has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this community truly puts residents first. Activities are thoughtfully planned to keep residents engaged and socially connected, and the dining experience consistently exceeds expectations with delicious, well-prepared meals. During the recent snowstorm, The Bridge at Hickory Woods remained fully open, and many staff members went above and beyond by staying on site to ensure residents were cared for without interruption. That level of dedication, teamwork, and selflessness speaks volumes about the heart of this community. Most importantly, they provide families with incredible peace of mind. Communication is clear, care is consistent, and it’s evident that everyone—from leadership to caregivers—takes immense pride in what they do. The Bridge at Hickory Woods truly stands out for its incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive staff. From day one, everyone has been welcoming and quick to help, creating a genuine sense of comfort and community. What impressed me even more was how well-prepared and dedicated the team was during this past weekend’s major winter storm. Despite challenging conditions, they maintained full staffing and ensured residents had continuous power, heat, and hot meals. Their professionalism, preparedness, and compassion during a stressful time speaks volumes about the quality of care and commitment at The Bridge at Hickory Woods.

I visited a friend at The Bridge. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and positive. I witnessed several times staff going over and above to take care of residents. They knew right away my friend's name and they (my friend) had only been there a few days. They were cordial when I was leaving as well. There is a big sign about The Bridge about being voted a great place to work. It shows in the staff. It would be good if more businesses did that.

The decor inside and out is awesome,plus heartwarming. The staff, maintenance workers,house keeping,meal servers,and nurses are always pleasant. My loved one is always treated with the upmost dignity...
