The Bridge At Post Falls

My mom lived at Garden Plaza from June of 2021 to September of 2025. She was in an apartment in The Bridge which is the assisted living area of the complex. She had a beautiful one bedroom apartment with a view of the fountain and grounds. The front desk staff and the medical staff on the second floor where she lived were top notch. Was everything perfect? Of course not, but she was well cared for and really saw Garden Plaza as her home. I would choose Garden Plaza again without hesitation.

I think that garden plaza's management needs to be investigated for wrongful termination of one of there best employee they have ever had in their last 2 years. I'm just saying you have wait staff getting high managers excepting tribes from residents accountents can't even or don't know how to do books. I mean when they ask a dining super how to or what to tells me a lot about what & how things are being run. From what I have witnessed lately the company is heading in a down hill spiral. Wasting about 40 per cent of food. Cooks can't read directions on how to make a simple dressing. Or servers throwing vacuum cleaners to ramped drug users & drunks aloud around my mom or pops in the first place. Just saying. & If anyone needs more inside information I'm sure you know how to get ahold of me just look a most recent terminated. I'm sure I will see one of management soon.And yes I would love to talk to the owner about this situation. Someone really needs to look in to this to avoid a lawsuit coming sorry it makes you concerned but you should be. Only way to avoid this would be by contacting me personally.

I am struggling with THE fact that my momma friend is having to now move to another facility because Garden Plaza (where she’s comfortable and has been there for a few years on the “independent” side with her dog) has dropped the damn ball !!!!!!!!!!! She has now had to move to the assisted living side and Garden Plaza is not capable of providing “assisted living care” for their residents and It is CLEARLY THE MOST UNRELIABLE ELDERY CARE FACILITY!!! with fake BS curb appeal!!!!!!!!! She doesn’t always get her meals, they say she reaches out for help TOO MANY TIMES A DAY ????? They are who she is supposed to be able count on for HELP AND MEALS.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The assisted living side gets their meals LAST …. If they EVEN remember to get them their meals and they are cold and late!!!!!!! I am absolutely am appalled by this damn JOINT!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😭

I can’t say enough about Chris Small! He comes into our establishment and we see that he truly cares about his elderly clientele! He is so warm and kind to them. We love seeing his interaction with them. I hope that I have someone like him in my life when needed. Thanks for all you do-it doesn’t go unnoticed! Keep up the good work! Laura and Brittany

We treasure Garden Plaza of Post Falls for the service they do for the elderly in our community and the outreach efforts they provide to the community also. We attend Halloween and Easter here each year and value the interaction between our little ones and the residents. As a living space I can also personally vouch for the cleanliness and pristine environment in all the buildings and the positive community they foster. I have always been genuinely impressed with the staff’s ability to know all the residents by name and face. We have spent time here in two different buildings here with our loved ones. Keep up the great work!
