The Brownstone at Park Crossing

After my mom died suddenly, we had to find a place for my dad, who requires 24/7 care. It was unfortunately a bit of trial and error over the past year and we encountered bizarre obstacles and issues that were really no ones fault. But when he moved into Brownstone there was a sense of relief for me and my for siblings. Not just relief at getting through a very trying time but relief because we felt that "this was THE place". He is safe and well-cared for. He's putting on weight, he's participating in activities, he hasn't had a fall. He's as happy as he's going to be without my mom (married 61 years). The communication with the staff is great-they are very transparent. It is nerve -wracking and guilt-inducing to be in a situation where one has to entrust the care of a loved one to someone else. But I cannot imagine a better place. We are grateful for the people at Brownstone and there is a sense of family there. We are blessed to be able to have dad there. If you are looking for a safe, well-run place for your loved one with memory and other issues, please consider The Brownstone at Park Crossing. Do your due diligence and I think you'll see it's a great place.

The Brownstone at Park Crossing is beyond a spectacular place for our loved one. It is an extension of our home. You are immediate family and welcomed. It is private with nice sized bedrooms and closets as well as homey with sounds from the kitchen and the spacious living room. The house itself is ADA Compliant and within all codes for Assisted Living. The Staff. THE STAFF IS INCREDIBLE!! THE OWNER IS MIRACULOUS!! The Food is cooked with love and is delicious. The house is clean. Everything is handled with dignity. I do not have a negative thing to say about The Brownstone.

I was so lucky to find the Brownstone to care for my husband. The staff there treated Tom like a member of their own family. He received excellent care from compassionate people that truly cared about his comfort and wellbeing. The staff also helped me as his caregiver by giving me piece of mind that he was always well cared for.
