THE CABANA AT JENSEN DUNES

Having spent time in this community on a professional level, this staff is a true team, everyone paddling the boat in the same direction. The residents are happy and the property is impeccable, homey and beautiful. I am too young but if given a choice, I would definitely consider making this my home.

Our parents Ruth and Warren moved into The Cabana at Jensen Dunes in February. They are having a great time and feel very safe living there. They go to Happy Hour almost every day and really enjoy the entertainment hosted by Jennifer and the crew. Its wonderful to watch the activities on Facebook when we cant be there in person. All of the activities are rewarding both physically and mentally for both of them. Thanks and keep up the great work!!!

Dining Manager Angela, lunch server Iesha and reception staff are amazing!!! Ten friends gathered to celebrate the 99th birthday of a Cabana resident. The sign-in process was quick and efficient. The food was plentiful and delicious. Friendliness and efficiency of the dining were above and beyond. We all had a wonderful time because of all the wonderful people at The Cabana.

My mom was a resident of the Cabana at Jensen Dunes in Jensen Beach. She had progressive dementia and started her journey in the Ass't Living portion and then moved to the Memory Care Unit once it was clear to the family and caregivers that she needed more assistance in her care. I spent multiple days with my mom every week so could see how the Cabana really functioned from the aides to the kitchen staff to the nurses and engagement staff. The aides formed bonds with the residents, and the other residents often "looked after" one another, too. They formed friendships. The social activities are the best part - opportunities to interact and socialize because it is easy for our loved ones to feel lonely and lost as they age. It was always my goal - as well those at the Cabana - to create "Moments of Joy" - because sometimes all anyone remembers is the present Moment. So make each interaction - each moment - filled with hope and joy - and feelings of safety. My mom passed away about 15 months after she became a resident but I am so grateful she could spend her remaining days in such a beautiful, uplifting environment. Any time there was a concern (no matter how small), administration opened their doors, heard me, and worked with me to create the best solution. Highly recommend!

Cabana at Jensen Dunes goes above and beyond for their residents. All Staff are caring, friendly and when you need someone, they are there for you and your family member. Cabana is a very active, social community. Indoor activities, scenic bus rides, beautiful swimming pool and the weekly happy hour guest entertainers are spot on. The moment you arrive at the Cabana you know you have made the right choice for your family member. My brother and I knew the moment we walked through the doors, this was and is today the best of all places for him, in a safe caring environment. Highly recommend anyone to take tour.
