THE CITADEL ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY

A pleasant surprise meeting the new Wellness Director of this facility. It has needed a strong preference for some time and she is hitting the ground running. There's nothing Megan and her team won't do. I see the changes for the better already. Hats off to them!

Such huge improvements on building to cleaning ! Care staff taking care of patients/residents ! Residents enjoying activities with Lucy and her team ! Makes the parties fun fun !

It is very degradering to treat the older people the way they do, the girls in physical therapy treat the patients like animals I saw it with my eyes. this place needs to close doors, I would never be there before I died, terrible place.

My brother is being forced to give up his service dog. We have turned in the medical documents now 10 times I had the woman on the phone L. NELSON she confirmed verbally she had the shot records and licence information. Now they are asking for it again. They are trying to find a way to remove him from the facility. Move him to another center that is not properly equipped to take care.of him.

I went to visit my brother and from his fairly dim room I noticed an interaction with a patient and nurse in the hallway. I don't know who this nurse was but she was so kind and gentle this patient was a little upset and she just smiled and dealt with him beautifully. I was so impressed. God bless her. It's what you do when you think no one is watching that defines the person you truly are.
