THE COTTAGES AT CHAPEL CREEK

Today, I went to visit my aunt at The Cottages and she look so good. She was in such a good spirit and smiling. I watched her in activities and it was the first time i had EVER seen her dance. Patrice the activity director is awesome, she really goes over and beyond for her residents! Great job!!

Our dear friend’s dementia required a memory care residential placement directly from a rehab facility and we were fortunate enough to find The Cottages at Chapel Creek AND they had a bed available! That was two years ago and while her dementia has progressed the Cottages has continued throughout to adapt her care to her needs. The staff is so caring and calm regardless of the circumstances, the staff tenure is unusually long for senior care and nursing facilities, and the environment is homey, exceptionally clean, and thoroughly represented with all disciplines and expertise that our loved one needs and deserves. The Cottages are always a warm and friendly environment. Their communication and responsiveness to families is always prompt. We remain so thankful for the quality of life they successfully strive to create.

From the very beginning, the leadership handled the process for my husband with empathy and genuine compassion. It will soon be a year, and the caregivers and nurses have been amazing. They all know him well and always provide updates and stories. They call if anything is going on and keep me very well informed. My husband smiles a lot, which is all I could ask for during this difficult journey.

The minute I walked into the Cottages, I had nothing but positive vibes of a warm and family-like environment. After having placed my husband of over 50 years there, they gained my full respect for their caring for my family member and others. From management to nurses to caregivers to everyone in between, it seems like everyone is gently handling the various needs of the special residents. I am thankful that The Cottages was highly recommended by my Hospice team and they were correct! And even more thankful for the care they are providing.
