THE COTTAGES AT CLEAR LAKE

My Mom, Charlene Johnson resides at the Cottages. It has been a good experience for her. They take good care of her and treat her quite well. I would like to comment on my experience with Jason (the Activity Director). In the time that I’ve known Jason I have observed that he interacts exceptionally well with the residents, the residents’ families and his co-workers. He always has such a nice variety of activities for the residents. He’s personable, upbeat, positive, a hard worker and truly a motivator-he gets the residents going!!! It’s refreshing watching him do his job. He genuinely cares for them - he knows each one by name and treats all the residents with dignity and respect. My Mom absolutely adores him. I hope he will be around for a long time.

Have Charlene Johnson in this facility. We appreciate how her visitors are welcomed and how Jason keeps her out of her room where there is nothing but a tv to watch.

I truly appreciate the exceptional staff at The Cottages. Kris consistently greets us with warmth and kindness upon arrival, creating a welcoming environment. Sandy and Robert are always helpful and responsive, readily answering any questions we may have. Heidi demonstrates outstanding client care, with a keen attention to detail that does not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend The Cottages to anyone seeking quality care for their loved one.

The Cottages is a beautiful facility with a warm, homey feel. It is very clean and welcoming. The leadership and staff are extremely loving and attentive, and always go the extra mile. Any concerns I have had have been quickly addressed to my satisfaction. The care my mom has received has far surpassed any expectation I had when I decided to place her here. They have excellent security for the safety of the residents. They provide a variety of activities daily, bring in wonderful performers to entertain the residents, and prepare top-notch food. I cannot recommend The Cottages enough. If you want your family member to be loved and well cared for, this is the place for you.

The Cottages is an amazing Memory Care community! Long term employees and leadership team!! Walking through the community, you can absolutely see what great and loving care the residents receive. The community has a warm and friendly vibe. Kris, the Marketing Director is a doll. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate how much Kris helped me. Heidi, the Executive Director is amazing as well. Sweet and friendly. She always has time for families and for residents. I so appreciate all the support I have received from these two ladies. I can't say enough great things about The Cottages!
