The Cottages At Lochsa Falls

Amazing staff and management and the owner is a very nice gentleman. Our mom is under excellent care. Her whole room is nice and clean regularly. She is always in clean clothes is helped to be on a regular schedule. This facility is a large facility for about 16 residents. This is a very social environment.

We spent many hours researching and interviewing various Memory Care facilities and ultimately chose the Cottages at Lochsa Falls. We could not be happier! From Management to Staff, everyone is welcoming, professional and simply great. The facility is clean, Mom’s room is kept spotless, Mom is always dressed well and issues are taken care of immediately (unlike our experience at her previous facility!). We no longer worry if travels take us away from the area. The Cottages at Lochsa Falls gets our highest rating.

The Cottages has been a true blessing for our family. When you walk in you instantly see a very well run facility. Housekeeping does an excellent job at keeping the entire building immaculate. The caregivers are very engaging with the residents. Meals are home cooked and birthdays are celebrated with a special cake. Karen and Marlene are true leaders and it shows in the care of both the residents and the staff that work hard everyday to attend to their needs. It is very comforting as a family member to know, that they truly care about the safety and happiness of your loved one. Great job to the entire staff!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this facility. Let’s start with Karen and Marlene . They have been wonderful from the start and still are . The staff that they have working with all the residents are so empathetic, caring , understanding and sweet dealing with everyone. I’m so happy with the loving care that my Dad gets here every day. Watching how they love these beautiful souls has me at aww .

My sister and I moved our dad into this home. We have been very happy with the staff here. They have been very attentive and caring with our dad and all of the residents. They are very caring and loving with him. Their place is very clean and kept up. Karen has been amazing through out the process and she runs a great place and expectations are high of not just her staff, but of anyone that comes in to care for the residence. The same expectation she has for her own staff applies to other nurses or hospice. Marlene and all of the other staff have been great with my dad and also with my sister and I when we check in with them. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and highly recommend them.
