If my mom had full memory functionality, she would have loved choosing this place for herself. After extensive review, we are incredibly grateful to have found Pam and Magnolia in Flower Mound. Safety, security, cleanliness, and personal attention were our top priorities. Director Pamela Ervin went above and beyond, helping us every step of the way and continues to help us navigate challenges as mom changes phases in her journey dealing with dementia. We appreciate the home-like feeling, perfect size facility, no unpleasant odors, the Chefs always working so hard to meet mom's specific needs, and the looping corridor around the inner courtyard allow mom independence in safety. The entire staff share their smiles, friendships, and care to help mom find comfort and joy every day to the best of her current ability. Mom has been a resident for over 17 months now and continues to improve in areas that were exceptionally difficult dealing with at home. Thank you for your kindness and compassion.

The care and attention at this assisted living home truly brings peace of mind. The staff is compassionate, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make residents feel comfortable and valued. The environment is clean, welcoming, and feels like a real community. We’re so grateful to the staff for always showing such great love.

I visited the community recently and had the pleasure of touring with Pam (the community Executive Director), she did a great job of answering all of my questions was patient as I had many of them and truly seemed interested in how she could best serve me and my families specific needs. I was also really impressed as we walked the community that each and every resident knew Pam and you could tell that she has real and genuine relationships not only the folks that live there but also those that work at the community. The residents all seemed to be well cared for, happy and engaged. We are still doing our research but this community is one we will definitely revisit when the time comes.

We recently moved my mother to the Crossings and are very pleased with the level of care she receives. She is thriving in this atmosphere and tells us often that she feels like the staff really cares and that she is well taken care of. She also appreciates the cleanliness of The Crossings, and loves to spend time on the patio!
