The Crossroads at Bon Air

My mother moved in 5 months ago and she has been so happy there. Every single staff member, from the person who welcomes you at the door, to the care staff, to the maintenance staff, has been so kind and helpful to my mom and our whole family. Executive leadership is responsive and helpful. They have a ton of activities available each day. The in-house physical therapy has been a game changer for my mom's mobility. I can tell that they take the health and happiness of every resident very seriously. We have been very happy with the decision to move in.

We cannot even begin to express how phenomenal the Crossroads At Bon Air is as a community. If you are looking at options for your parents, look no further than CABA!. My father was a resident in the memory care side and he received the utmost in care. Tony, Joyce, and their entire amazing team were professional, caring, kind, loving, and they provided such a peaceful environment for him and all memory care residents. We are so very fortunate that my mother now lives in this community, and she has experienced the same joy, love, welcoming environment, professionalism, and friendly attitude from the entire staff. CABA is first class all the way!

I cannot recommend the Crossraods at Bon Air enough. My father in-law spent his last days on memory care unit with exceptional care. From the top on down, the staff at Crossroads are friendly, compassionate, and respectful with a philosophy of kindness and support.

Our family can't say enough about the cleanliness and that staff at The Crossroads @ Bon air. We had a family member that was very difficult. I can't explain how patient the staff was with her. We used the hospice through this facility and they were absolutely AMAZING! The director Lynn Marchant was so friendly and understanding and helped us navigate this difficult time. My family and I would like to commend the staff from administration, the Director of Nursing down to the one on one caregivers. My mom recently passed away but through all her health struggles, she was well taken care of and considered Crossroads her home. I wish she had more time to enjoy all the activities. We feel she was treated with respect and staff went out of their way to make her and the family feel special. We are forever grateful. Thank you for all your hard work.
