THE DELANEY AT PARKWAY LAKES

Working with Sahar at The Delaney has been an incredible experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and truly a wealth of resources. Every interaction shows how much she cares about the residents and the community. The Delaney itself is warm, welcoming, and filled with amazing people who make you feel right at home. Our partnership has been nothing short of amazing, and we at Motion Forward LLC are grateful for the opportunity to support such a wonderful community. Highly recommend!

Delaney is a very beautiful place for Seniors who are looking for a community. Sahar did an awesome job in accommodating us and answered all our questions regarding the services that they provide for their clients.

The Memory Care Director and Staff are wonderful with my mom. They are very interactive with the residents and I can tell the staff truly cares for my mom. They are so thoughtful and patient with me, as well, as moving a loved one can be quite an adjustment for everyone involved. I've never felt dismissed if I have a question and they are always quick to address any issue I may have. I would highly recommend this community for anyone looking to place a parent in Memory Care.

As my dad and stepmom got older, we knew it was time to start looking at downsizing and finding a community where they could comfortably age in place, from independent living to assisted living and eventually memory care if needed. The Delaney at Parkway Lakes came highly recommended and after touring and meeting the staff we immediately saw why. Everyone we met from the employees to the residents were so warm and welcoming. It felt like a true community. They found a beautiful apartment they love and are genuinely excited to move in. The Delaney exceeded all our expectations and we feel so confident about this next chapter for them.

My mom is a resident at the Delaney at Parkway Lakes and our experience there has been a positive one, which started with the initial tour. We were greeted with warmth, friendliness and professionalism. Sahar and Jodi were patient with our many questions (26 to be specific!) and answered them thoroughly. As we continued our tour, we found a beautiful, bright and clean interior and the apartments cute and modern. We stayed for lunch to see if the food was good and found that it was delicious. We met some residents who told us they enjoyed living at Delaney. More importantly, our mom is happy with our choice. She reports that the staff is attentive and she feels well cared for. She likes the food, as well as her apartment and the residents she’s met. We’re so relieved that she’s happy. We did very thorough research, as we spent a month visiting ten assisted living communities and our homework has paid off. Obviously, the decision of choosing a place for one’s loved to live is not only important, but can be emotional and very stressful. We highly recommend Delaney at Parkway Lakes.
