Today when we arrived at the property to visit my mother in law...before we could sign in...we were approached in the lobby at the front desk in ear shot of the receptionist with the comment from a manger "Did you bring payment"! No discretion...no can you step into my office...no apology afterwards. The professionalism in this situation was non existent...mind you we have been with the establishment for over 2 years...none this was taken into account...they like to say that "we're like family here" no trace of that today...HUGE fail!

This is a lovely community. Everything is clean, fresh, and new, and the staff are friendly are welcoming. We recently toured this facility looking for a place for our aging parents to live. They liked it so much they immediately put down a deposit.

My name is Ann, and I just love the community and amenities offered. I love the people I love that I can walk to the park or do as much or as little as I want. Anytime I need help I get it immediately. With the many talented people, classes and activities I'm never board. I am very impressed with the management staff everybody is knowledgeable and attentive. Especially John West in maintenance and Brad Rowe as our new Director. I recommend this community to anyone looking for independent senior living.

On my weekly visit, I was told today that my elderly mother had been without a working toilet for at least 4 days. I left a voicemail for the director, Brad Rowe, and received a call addressing the matter within the hour. I was so relieved that he agreed that a non-working toilet for an elderly resident is an urgent matter. Brad explained that my mother's toilet had indeed broken four days ago, but had been repaired by maintenance that same day. Today's incident was recent, and by the time Brad had returned my phone call, her commode had been repaired again. He promised that the maintenance person would stay on top of the matter and be responsive. I was disappointed that I had not received a phone call when the incident happened initially, but was relieved to know that the matter had been resolved immediately.

From our first visit to now, the Enclave staff have worked with us to meet our parents’ needs. They care, they help and they work hard to make our parents feel at home. It’s a tough process to see our parents age and lose their independence but the Enclave staff care and help us at every turn. It’s a beautiful place with good food and lots of fun activities to keep your loved ones happy and busy. I would recommend them without hesitation.
