THE ESTATES AT GRAND PRAIRIE

I've been here for about 6 months and I love this place, I would recommend it to anybody 😄. The staff are top notch and take excellent care of us, my only complaint is that the room is too small and the rent is too high honestly. But I am blessed all the same, thank you to all of you who help me and take care of me. Shout out to Monica and Nancy, they're always so sweet and helpful to me. But I am thankful for them all, God bless you. You are a blessing

It's a wonderful place to live

I have been living here for almost 8 months and I can’t imagine being anywhere else. The staff is always available if you need anything. I’ve just learned to really love it here and depend on this place

I have only lived here for about 3 weeks, but in that time I can tell you that these people have taken such good care of me. I have lived in 4 different assisted living facilities, and although this one is a lot smaller than I'm used to; the care and attention to detail is of the highest ranking, when I say they get this place clean I mean they scrub and do not leave anything unturned. They even do our dishes and laundry, and the food is the best I've ever had besides my mothers and grandmothers. I never want to leave here, I am so thankful to our Lord Jesus Christ for blessing me with this place. And I want to call out Trina and Gabby, I thank you so much. Everybody here is awesome 😎, the estates at Grand Prairie rocks! The absolute best

So I have to say this isn’t the cleanest place. My Aunt lived here for about 3 years & just about every time I went to see her the carpet in her room was nasty & the shower had mold in it and had a spot that kept folding up that never was fixed the correct way no matter how many times we called on it. There were a lot of things that went on while my Aunt was here but a lot of it wasn’t addressed and ignored. Although my Aunt could be difficult sometimes. Also, when my Aunt moved out we had left her bed for one of the tenants because she really needed a new bed & I found out that one of the cooks stole it and gave it to there daughter or someone outside of the facility. That was wrong!!! I’m glad to say that my Aunt is in a better place that will take care of her and a lot more cleaner.
