THE FORUM AT MEMORIAL WOODS

The food has NOT gotten any better! Wait staff are "short" with residents -- totally unacceptable. Issues continue and are not addressed completely and finally. It's a nice place if it was just run better. Management management management is a huge problem and nobody addresses it. So very glad my dad is leaving.

My mom has been at The Forum for 5 and half years she started in independent living and with time moved to memory care. I love gale and her staff they are fabulous mom has gone thru many stages and the staff is always on top of it guided by gale who is an amazing director and singer. I am so grateful

The Forum at Memorial Woods has exceeded all my expectations for memory care of my father. The entire staff from the leadership down to the newest caregiver are wonderful. They clearly are focused on making life for the residents the absolute best it can be. Dad had been living in his house with caregivers but it became necessary to have full time care of him when he started leaving the house at night. We looked at 8 different facilities when we decided he needed to move from his house and felt that The Forum was the best for him. Dad arrived just a few months ago I can already see a change in him. He doesn't just sit in his room all day. The staff encourage him to come out and he now goes to all the activities. He has made friends with a few of the residents and has really started to be much more engaged in conversation when I go to see him. Physically he gets exercise organized by the activity director as well as personal trainer that is available at an extra cost. These have been really good for him. On several occasions he has told me that "this place is really good"! I have been completely satisfied with The Forum Memory Care. It is wonderful for the resident and their families and I highly recommend it.

The chef at the Forum not only serves for hundreds of people but she did a fabulous job at our Christmas party at the Assisted Living building. The presentation was above and beyond expectation! From the huge Christmas village down to the martini glasses filled with delicious desserts. Dozens of pies, beef tenderloin steak dinner, and an incredible salad!

I am thankful for The Forum at Memorial Woods and there outstanding staff. The independent living director, Madeline has been great at assisting with the care of my loved one. They've treated my loved one as one of their own. When touring the facility, we noticed there are always a numerous of events for the residents. We appreciate the staff for empowering the residents and treat them with respect and dignity. The Forum will be highly recommended from my family to yours!
