Please bring back the residents decorations. It feels so cold walking down the halls. I loved seeing each one’s personalities expressed outside their doors. So sad to take that away from them.

Choosing Pegasus Landing of Chisholm Trail for my mother was one of the best decisions our family has ever made. From the moment we stepped inside for a tour, we knew this was a special place. The warmth and kindness of the staff immediately put us at ease, answering every question and showing genuine care for both residents and their families. A huge part of our wonderful experience was Liza, the charming British sales director. Her passion for the community and genuine care for the residents is evident in everything she does. She made the transition seamless, taking the time to understand our family's needs and ensuring my mother felt comfortable from day one. Her kindness and expertise truly set Pegasus Landing apart. Since moving in, my mother has flourished. The compassionate staff makes her feel at home, providing attentive and personalized care that gives us peace of mind. The community offers wonderful amenities, engaging activities, and a beautiful environment that encourages connection and fulfillment. One of the things my mother truly enjoys is the dining experience. The meals are thoughtfully prepared, offering delicious and nutritious options for both vegetarians and those who prefer traditional meals. Every meal feels like a special occasion, tailored to meet residents’ needs and preferences. Seeing my mother happy, safe, and thriving at Pegasus Landing has meant the world to us. I cannot speak from personal feedback but I have heard things are not the same as they were so do your research***** We made the decision to move my grandmother to this facility with hesitation simply because the process of moving anywhere with her physical and mental decline was difficult, however it was the best decision we could have ever made for her care. She is treated like family here and I have never had any doubt about her safety and level of care. She loves the staff and they allow our family to rest easy knowing she is in good hands when we are unable to be there.

My Mom is a resident at Pegasus Landing at Chisholm Trail. She moved here 3 years ago from Virginia, leaving close family. She has been very happy living here. Some days she says she needs to go to Virginia and see family. She says she misses everyone there. But then, the next thing she says is that she loves living at Chisholm trail. She cannot think of any way that it could be better. She loves that the meals are fixed for her. She likes having her own apartment. She loves the activities that are provided. She has made friends and she enjoys them a lot. As her daughter, it makes me happy that she is happy!

We are so pleased and comfortable placing my mother in law here in the memory care unit. They are available anytime for any question or concern we have. The process is stress free and the facility and staff is very warm and inviting. We are early on in this process but there are not enough positive words for this facility and their genuineness. Even the residents themselves are happy, inviting and well cared for.
