Please beware that with the Adult Day Care Program, you are required to bring them in at least once a month to maintain status in the program. I was led to believe that once the medical documents were confirmed, they were in status for a year period, with visits as needed for the family. This is not the case, so be aware. If you miss a visit within a monthly cycle, you are no longer eligible for participation. The care is quality, however, clarity and communication with customer service is lacking. Premium cost concierge senior care should be exactly as you advertise. My opinion of course. And to be clear, I am speaking of a literal matter of 9 days out from missing last months visit.

We utilize the day program and the short term respite in memory care. It’s been fantastic. My Dad is always cheerfully welcomed and always says “The people are nice and the food is good!” What better can you ask for than that!
