Friendly and professional staff. Made my father feel welcomed. The community is bright, cheery and very clean. There are fun activities, and he is enjoying the social interaction.

I would give them no stars if possible. Not a good place. They won't let my mother see her mother because she complains about things she sees as not right. My mother loves her mother and only wants what is right for her. Unfortunately my aunt is supposed power of attorney and doi care as long as she isn't effected. And don't post call and let's talk because you have a manager who only does things their way. Terrible place.

Would highly recommend not to have anyone become a resident. Very poor care and residents often have no supervision. The Director did not act on families concerns.

My father in law passed away there in January. We have left messages for the corporate office for months. Still no return call. It's sickening that we can't get a response. Absolutely a no go for this place!!

My mom arrived yesterday....spa? There was a sign above the (everyone's) shower door that said "bath/ spa". ..misleading . So far everyone is nice . The nutritionist got a little agitated because no one told her that Mom's a vegetarian. She immediately came up with a plate of fresh fruit and veggies. Momma was tickled ( that's downeast for very happy).. so far so good 🙄
