THE GRACE SPACE

My mother was just moved in and I live halfway across the country. I stayed two nights while in town to make sure she was situated, had proper oxygen machines and to simply spend my time with her while I could. The ability to leave her and feeling “at ease” is priceless. You couldn’t ask for a more patient, attentive, and all around genuine staff. I was able to fly home knowing Yolanda and the others would give my mom hugs goodnight, cook her food to her request (literally if she didn’t want the food they’d make her something she’d like) and make sure she had her meds. They went above and beyond to accommodate me as a guest from out of town - brought me a cot so that I could spend every minute with my mom (asleep or awake.)

My wife spent months finding a place for her father’s end of life needs. Little did we know just how amazing the staff was. Filled with loving people, this place cares for each resident like their own loved ones. I highly recommend the Grace Space for any hospice needs.

Thank you so much to The Grace Space for caring for my uncle. When we had to move him to hospice, they welcomed him with open arms to care for him in his final days here with us. This journey wasn’t easy, but The Grace Space gave us the gift of peace in his passing. I’ll never forget the beauty of the moment as they lit candles for him and played “Dancing in the Sky” as he left this world. It was a reminder that even in loss, there is grace and light.

I have been to Grace Space to see Kelly the owner several times. Every time I leave, I am in total amazement of what she has created and brought to the community of Lincoln. I referrer families to Grace Space when it is appropriate knowing they will receive more than what they ever could expect. Watching the team interact with residents and families is such a beautiful thing. It takes special people to do what they do, and they do it the best I have ever seen.

Grace space has been a huge blessing for our family over the last week or so. Their staff is very caring and welcoming, not just to your loved one on hospice, but to the entire family. My husband's grandmother is in their care and they are taking great care of his grandfather also, making sure he is able to eat, shower, and rest. They are very respectful and accommodating for your needs and the needs of your loved one. We truly feel they have gone above and beyond for us during this very difficult and emotional time. We are beyond grateful for their passion for caring for those at the end of their lives. This place has been a blessing for us. We would recommend them to anyone who is in need of hospice/end of life care.
