The Grace Space is an end-of-life transitional care facility nestled in a Northwest Lincoln neighborhood that provides home-like care for twelve full-time residents. The facility offers 24-hour nursing care, medical, spiritual, emotional, and physical support in a self-sustaining community with family involvement encouraged 24/7. Services include individualized plans of care, hospice partnership, and holistic therapies addressing mind, body, and spirit.

Thank you so much to The Grace Space for caring for my uncle. When we had to move him to hospice, they welcomed him with open arms to care for him in his final days here with us. This journey wasn’t easy, but The Grace Space gave us the gift of peace in his passing. I’ll never forget the beauty of the moment as they lit candles for him and played “Dancing in the Sky” as he left this world. It was a reminder that even in loss, there is grace and light.

This place is full of the most amazing people I have ever met. They were there for my family and I in a very difficult time, and showed nothing but love for us. I often would find myself bragging to our friends and family about how amazing this place is and how I couldn’t think of a more perfect place for our family member to be. ❤️

I have been to Grace Space to see Kelly the owner several times. Every time I leave, I am in total amazement of what she has created and brought to the community of Lincoln. I referrer families to Grace Space when it is appropriate knowing they will receive more than what they ever could expect. Watching the team interact with residents and families is such a beautiful thing. It takes special people to do what they do, and they do it the best I have ever seen.

Grace space has been a huge blessing for our family over the last week or so. Their staff is very caring and welcoming, not just to your loved one on hospice, but to the entire family. My husband's grandmother is in their care and they are taking great care of his grandfather also, making sure he is able to eat, shower, and rest. They are very respectful and accommodating for your needs and the needs of your loved one. We truly feel they have gone above and beyond for us during this very difficult and emotional time. We are beyond grateful for their passion for caring for those at the end of their lives. This place has been a blessing for us. We would recommend them to anyone who is in need of hospice/end of life care.
