I am so grateful for my experience at The Grand. I have had so many questions and concerns about what to do with my aging family member. Staci the manager was extremely caring and answered all my questions. It is such a beautiful space and caring staff. I see some negative comments. Which seems so opposite of my experience. Funny how they seem to not know who these people are? Quit trolling, it hurts businesses and the people that work there. Keep up the good work caring for our elderly! We need more places and care givers like you!

My family and I are incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown at this assisted living residence. From the very first visit, we felt welcomed, respected, and reassured that our loved one would be in good hands. The staff truly go above and beyond not just meeting needs, but building meaningful relationships with the residents. The caregivers are attentive, patient, and kind, always taking the time to listen and provide comfort. It’s clear they don’t just see this as a job, but as a calling. The environment is warm, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, creating a space that feels like home rather than a facility. We are especially thankful for the administrator, Staci. She is professional, compassionate, and deeply involved in the well-being of every resident. Staci leads with both heart and integrity, and it shows in the culture of the entire community. She is approachable, responsive, and always willing to take the time to answer questions or address concerns. Knowing there is such strong, caring leadership in place gives our family tremendous peace of mind. What means the most to us is knowing our loved one is safe, engaged, and treated with dignity every single day. The activities, social opportunities, and personal attention have made such a positive difference in their quality of life. We wholeheartedly recommend this residence to anyone looking for a place where their family member will be genuinely cared for and valued. It has truly been a blessing to our family.

My grandma currently lives at The Grand and it is the best place in valley by far. She is so well taken care of by all of the staff and specifically Staci, Mariah, Christian and Jamee put their heart and soul into making everyone feel happy, loved and cared for. I couldn’t recommend The Grand enough for your loved one. ❤️

This is a really beautiful place on the outside. But they have many problems that they try and cover up. If something isn't working or is broken they take forever to fix it. The heating was out in the building for a week, when this could have been prevented if people actually did their jobs. The management is terrible. Specifically Staci. She is rude, impolite, and unapologetic. She doesn't care about anyone but herself. When you address her with a problem she dismisses you and never tries to help. She is very unprofessional in many ways including the way she talks, acts, and the way she dresses at work. She is very rude and obnoxious and is not fit to be the administrator at this place. The Grand would thrive if they got a whole new management team. The CNAs that work there are very lovely and take great care of the residents. But I have heard some stories from them and they are not being treated fairly or kindly. This place costs way too much to be this bad. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your loved one to live.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Grand Senior Living. From the moment you walk in, you can immediately feel the welcoming and caring atmosphere. The facility is clean, beautiful, and truly focused on making residents feel comfortable, safe, and valued. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, always going above and beyond to provide excellent care and support. I also want to give special recognition to Staci, one of the managers at The Grand. She is truly amazing! She is so kind, caring, and dedicated. It’s clear she genuinely loves what she does, and her compassion and leadership make a huge difference in the lives of both residents and families. I would highly recommend The Grand Senior Living to anyone looking for an outstanding community with exceptional care and a warm, supportive team.
