Joe at front is amazing. Amanda on floor 2 is incredible. There are a few others who have been very kind also. This is an improvement from months ago

I think the place is good but could be better. Patients need more more more care and workers are over worked with not enough help!!!!!! Some staff members could work on their delivery (attitudes). I always tell people be careful how you treat others because you never know if you will end up in that same situation.

It’s a genuine pleasure to write this review. My Mother resided in the memory care unit of The Hampton for the last year of her life. I can, without a doubt, say that she was loved by the memory care staff, and she knew it, even with Alzheimer’s messing with her memories. She always had what was needed for her daily life, and when something even small happened that is unusual, I received a text or call from the Hampton Staff. I was always able to speak to a live person even after normal business hours. Anyone who is dealing or has dealt with Alzheimer’s, you know how frustrating, sad, and unimaginable it can be. Your loved one does things that are so out of character, you wonder if they have lost their minds. In a way, they have as at times, they may forget who you are. Fortunately, the compassion and experience the staff at The Hampton is in ample supply. Our family was consistently encouraged by the staff which helped us through some pretty rough times. I will utilize The Hampton again if the need arises and would encourage anyone to give them a look and visit; see for yourselves the quality of life the residents live considering their ailments and personal battles. The Hampton certainly provided what was needed for my Mom, AND what was needed for our family as caretakers.

If you need a clean and safe environment for yourself or your loved one, please visit The Hamptons at Meadows Place. I personally know that the Hamptons nurses, caregivers, and the entire team provide excellent care and communication.

My first visit, I was EXTREMELY impressed! The building and curb appeal was very pleasing. The inside was pleasant, clean and quiet. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room I visited in memory care was clean, well kept, good size and a pleasure to be in. No odors or loud noises from other patients. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone's loved one!!!
