I have current family member here. She loves it here. Staff is friendly and rooms are more than decent size.

I am facing Immediate HOMELESSNESS due to O.U.R. Homes flat out lying to me. Due to HAZE completely lying to my face. Due to HAZE making me sign a piece of paper(and not giving me ANY copy ever of WHAT I signed!) saying she would ADVOCATE for me and instead, doing the EXACT OPPOSITE and having a 1 hour meeting with Waterbrook Crooked employees without me even being present. I was completely capable of being present. HAZE sat and talked with employees who have caused me MUCH Pain and Suffering and she talked soecifically to Laura Bliss who has personally caused ME a Ton of PAIN and I specifically told HAZE "Do not talk to Laura Bliss"--HAZE did EXACTLY that--HAZE completely screwed me over!!! THAT was NEVER agreed upon. HAZE had a 1 hour meeting without me and did NOT ADVOCATE for me and my LEGAL RIGHTS as a DISABLED PERSON. now I face imminent HOMELESSNESS. Haze didn't even call me to tell me I am for sure losing my Home. She called to cancel my meeting. HAZE has been rude to me. She laughed at me and my dog Hobsy. Haze made fun of me. She called me AND my dog Hobsy "Stinky". I am a VERY clean person. And SO is my Therapy Dog. HAZE did not ADVOCATE for My Disability Rights in any way. HAZE Flat out LIED to me. Nick Fluelling took a TON of Personal information from me and he has made a lot of empty promises and Nick Fluelling has NOT helped me in any way either. Apparently None of these people has any manager ir supervisor capable of callung me back and helping me. A Complete and total WASTE of MY time, energy and effort!!! I have spent all of MY TIME and MY ENERGY trying desperately to get Much NEEDED Assistance from ALL of these Agencies and NONE of them are helping me. This Agency much like Every other Agency: ARC Lincoln Action Program Nebraska Disability RIGHTS Matt Talbot Peoples City Mission Blue Valley Along with EVERY single Agency receiving state and federal funds.. Not 1 of these Agencies will assist ME, Yasmin Helen McEwen, in needing an ADVOCATE to uphold my DISABLED Rights as a DISABLED person. Not 1. I am on crutches as I write this. I have a severe spinal condition. I have a mental illness and have suffered severe mental illness my entire LIFE and no one will help me. This feels purposeful because it is. I worked 5 of my BEST Years for 2 Nebraska State Senators in the Nebraska Legislature. I Volunteered on a Presidential Campaign and worked in the FREEZING Cold in New Hampshire. I Worked for the Nebraska State Bar Association and referred a TON of new business to Attorneys all across Nebraska DAILY and now that I am DISABLED and my Rights are being VIOLATED, not 1 person in this town will help me? All the Drug users and Alcoholics can all get free housing and help. They ALL get Centerpointe and TONS of help and funding. I have NEVER done any drugs. I do not ever drink Alcohol. I abide by the Law. I am Disabled. I have had my apartment burned down to the ground with ME and My Therapy dog in it; lost Everything I own, I have been the VICTIM of Violent Crimes Against me and NONE of these Agencies will help me. THAT is what I get for being a Decent person. THAT is what I get for being a College Instructor. For working for the State of Nebraska. For trying my hardest when I could. Now that I am sick and can't lift or walk at night and am DISABLED--NO One will help me. I am being Run out of my HOME at WATERBROOK Apartments for NO Reason and am facing Imminent Homelessness. That is what I get for paying Rent in full on yime for 3 years. That is what I get for NOT smoking Pot or doung drugs or blasting BASS or throwing all night parties or starting fires which is what MANY WATERBROOK Regular Longterm Tenants do--and they all get to stay. I call that purposeful misuse of State, and Federal funding. I call that completely BLACKLISTING ME, Yasmin Helen McEwen, a decent citizen, a registered voter. Purposeful Intentional Denial of my Rights as a Disabled Person. These Agencies ALL bill Medicare and Medicaid and are ALL Federally and State funded and they ALL flat out refuse to help me.
