THE HERITAGE AT STERLING RIDGE

The quality of care at Heritage at Sterling Ridge is unmatched. Every single staff member (and resident) has been beyond kind and so welcoming. My grandmother moved here from a fancy facility in Scottsdale, AZ (Mirabella) and likes Heritage twice as much. In fact, she was not supposed to stay at this facility longer than a few weeks while I was on maternity leave, and was set to go back to Mirabella. However, she was so happy at Heritage and told us she wanted to stay. We were thrilled and cannot thank Heritage enough for bringing her back home to Nebraska. She feels so at home here and so cared for - as do I when I come to visit. It truly is the Disneyland of assisted living facilities - a dream come true! Special shoutout to Kelsey, Renee, and Logan. These are just a few of the staff that we are so thankful for - they are total assets to this facility and my whole family just adores them. Thank you, thank you, thank you Heritage!

The staff at Sterling Ridge have been wonderful. Kelsey was fantastic leading us through the process. She made moving my Dad an easy experience. I also was impressed with Sarah the Executive Director. Our family feels apart of the community!

This is a fantastic residential care facility. I see the concern and response of the staff members with every trip I take to the Memory Support area within the building. I visit and perform at numbers of area residential retirement homes. They do a terrific job here at Heritage Sterling Ridge.

Although my Mom was only at Sterling Ridge a short time, the quality of care given to her was exceptional. Each and every caregiver took special care of her and our family as well. The staff was open to any special arrangements and treated us like part of the team. The setting is comfortable, lively and nurturing. It is bright and clean and the food is excellent. I only wish my Mom would have had more time to enjoy everything offered. Great option when independent care, assisted living or memory care is needed.

Very unsupportive leadership lacking the knowledge to properly train and retain the highest quality of staff members. When somone you love finally earns the trust of their care staff and is told they have moved on, its devestating. Dont let your family get too close, you and your loved one will be extremely disappointed.
