This place is horrible to send a family member to. They are under staffed do not care at all about the residents. Will not bath or make sure your family member has been changed in days. They also will not give them there medication. My sister takes seizure medication. I brought her home with me for a couple of days. They sent all her medication with me. I was suppious but not sure till I saw her medication and realized they had not given her her seizure medication for 2 weeks. I complained but nothing was ever done by Callie or Vivian the director. 2 weeks later I removed her from this facility. Again they gave me all her medication. Again I noticed on days and nights her seizure medication was not given. If you ask Vivian the director to speak with you a moment, she will a not look you in your eyes, but will tell you she does not have time, "I have a meeting to go too". She always has a meeting and no time to talk with family members. Stay away. This place treats residents and family members horrible. How corporate has not gotten rid of Vivian, Tina, and Callie is un real! Also I took pictures of her medication for proof they were not given.

I know that my father, who is a resident at the Waterford at Westover Hills, is well taken care of there. The medical staff are very attentive to his care. He doesn’t need much assistance but they pay attention to any issues that might be of concern. I am grateful for all the staff. They treat my father with dignity and respect. They are friendly, compassionate and caring. I can’t thank them enough for all they do.
