The Heritage of Richlands

I've been very impressed with the staff. My mother has been there a little over a month and they have kept me completely up-to-date. Mom has made friends and is eating well, has gained a little weight even. She has frontal-lobe Dementia with Delusional Disorder and is quite angry about being there, but the staff has made me feel much better. Gina is great!

My father is living there. He says the food is good. He enjoys the staff and he has many friends there. He likes that they keep the place very clean.

This place doesn't answer the phone, it just rings off the hook. If my parent stayed here and I couldn't reach anyone I would be very upset
