I would like to know who is over williams I would like to show them the text and video he has done And video of my mom. Her neurologist couldnt believe the extreme paranoia and fear my mom has now after being at the heritage bvs before she was put in there. I did write a review once william got angry reach out claiming i was lying and for me take it down or he would sue me My mom was told she not n right space to make decisions by the " heritage doc " 2 days later she was b hospital because the heritage kept her so sadated they had issue getting her bp up. Because she knew her name address phone number and social the doc told her she could come home. When mom call let william know he started yelling at her saying i knew your daughter put u up to this and if momdidnt come back she owe for another month after i got mom home we called get her stuff because william yelled at her she was scarred to go up there. William refuses to let me get her stuff we even had the go to the police station. He claim it because i wasnt poa Next day he allow my aunt to get it who wasnt poa and worse part mom didnt trust my aint I called to request for mom meds he wouldnt allow mom get her meds she went 6 days w out insulin he kept telling me it has be sign off by the doc valdez. I reach out to valdez i have the text still aaying when mom out she out its on william to give it to her. I had get a lawyer to call william And suddenly an hour after that call suddenly mom was allow to get her meds I would get txt from nurses asking when i come see mom she worried about me she wants to see me. Than i get a notification by my sister saying Candice is trying get restrictions where i can visit mom only 2x a week My mom has bad effect from what she delt with at the heritage To this day I realize there no talking to williams because i will always be wrong and a liar w evidence. I have been holding off from filing lawsuit to see if someone highwr can talk to me and see what all my mom went through. Last yr i came up to get my mom to celebrate her b day w some her friends. Mom was dressed nice all excited I was told by williams i was only one couldnt take mom out I went back explain to mom ahe got very hurt and upset Went to talk to williams He looked at me and saying why am i causing trouble My mom wanted to know why she wasnt allow to go out Again after my 1st review he told kari to get me take it down. Than he ask kari to override the revoew this is what happened I would have let this go but the damage of the aftermath mentally that was done i would like to know who do i need to speak over him asap

My Mom is finally back where she should be and she is a different person with her friends! The staff has been amazing, they know us and are so sweet! Even better, they go above and beyond watching out for Mom! I highly recommend The Heritage!!

It is a great place, everyone is so sweet, but they need to clean out my grandpas straw for his water bottle it had mold and old food on it.

the place is nice. friendly nurses but you don't want to upset mr. williams when he found out my mom was going home from the hospital he was so mad he yelled at my mom over the phone, even the nurse from Methodist hospital heard him and hung the phone up. staff is amazing it's the management he withheld my mom important meds almost a week. we had to go to the police station trying get my mom stuff. make sure y'all look closely to.the.management before the staff. they are amazing people. but again look at the bigger picture

The staff overall are very friendly and accommodating. They’re willing to go beyond the normal expectations to help the clients. The atmosphere was somewhat depressing. No music during lunch, halls, front area. Rails in the hallway need oil and cleaning on the inside of the railing. It’s unhealthy. It’s an improvement to see linen back on the dining room tables. Thank you. I still feel they need to be kept on for supper. The menus need to be cleaned and updated. These are minor issues that can be addressed immediately. The positive side is the impact the employee have on your clients. They appear to know everyone name and address them in a sweet way. Friendly manners are always demonstrated with all your clients. Medicine is distributed at the appropriate times and are noted on record. They check on their hygiene and sanitation as much as they can. Outside facilities were better than last time I was here. All the front was taken care and clean to make it look attractive. It was needed. Front was clean and your computerized sign-in was a pleasant upgrade. Good safety issue. You could never tell who was a visitor or a client in the building. Should there be a fire 🔥 in the building at least now you now have a head count. Great to meet standards. One financial issue: if a client is unable to go to the cafeteria you all charge $7.00 a tray. That’s unacceptable. First, this person has allowed your cafeteria staff to not do the following: 1. Take an order by hand 2. Ask the client again what she wants 3. What she wants to drink and bring it 4. Bring utensil for her 5. Clear the table 6. Bring dessert 7. Ask if she wants dessert 8. What kind does she want 9. Does she want ice cream 10. Wash her dishes I truly hope you get my point. You are over changing them when actually we’re safe you time and money by eating in my room. This has to change. I will report this unduly overwhelming charge to headquarters. It’s unacceptable. I hope this help you
