The Hillside House Memory Care Assisted Living Community

We recently toured The Ridge. Kate was extremely helpful and positive and we left feeling confident that this is a place that could work for us. In addition to giving us an excellent tour, Kate was able to identify other resources and strategies for us to explore. We are hopeful about The Ridge as a place for us.

I toured the facility today. The executive director, Kate, was impressive in her knowledge of the senior living service environment and educated me despite my having visited 4 other facilities prior to this visit. What was equally impressive was the feeling I got walking the halls. The residents were out, engaged with staff or each other and seemed generally happy, and happy to see the director. I didn’t see this same level of resident activity in other places I’ve visited. Maybe it was time of day, but it was an intangible I hadn’t thought about until I saw it was different in this facility. Halloween is a big deal here and everyone was dressed up and enjoying it. Fun day to visit. I imagine Christmas and other holidays there would be lots of fun. They are apparently upgrading and renovating the interior and the work in progress looks good. I’m strongly considering this facility for my mom and look forward to taking her there for a tour.

After touring the facility, meeting friendly staff, and learning about all of the amenities, my mother was eager to move in. She is making new friends, enjoying the activities and outings, and loves the restaurant-style dining. Everyone has made her feel welcome, and the entire team has gone above and beyond helping us move in and get settled. I'm so happy my mother has found a real home at Pacifica Senior Living Sterling.

Visited Pacifica about a month ago. My mom liked the place a lot. We were given a warm welcome by Kate Richie. We met some of the residents and have informed us how much they love the place. My husband and I would have chosen this facility for my mom and my mom would be happy there as well. Unfortunately, due to her income she can't stay there. Pacifica is a caring environment in my opinion compared to other facilities we visited. The staff we met were friendly and caring. Kate was so understanding, listened to our concerns, and most of all provided us guidance. She went and beyond her duty.

I visited Pacifica Senior Living in Sterling today. My first impression was how friendly the staff were! They welcome me warmly. Ms. Kate was my guide. She was knowledgeable and thorough. The facility was very clean and organized. The residents were comfortable and content. They all waved and talked to me as I was passing by. I was impressed by how well the place was managed.
