The Landings of Rockingham

The Landings of Rockingham is a top notch community. The community is always clean. Staff are friendly and engaging. The residents are happy and always having fun. Community offers assisted living and independent living.

My dad has gone through many changes over the past months. He made the decision to move to Independent Living at the Landings of Rockingham and we were so pleased with the facility and especially the kind and welcoming staff. He experienced a sharp decline in his health late last summer. I continue to marvel at how we were cared for by the staff even though his transition went from hospital to skilled nursing. Finally he was able to come back to the Landings last winter. It’s been a hard journey for him and his family and yet at each turn we feel assured that he is receiving healing care. He is seen as a unique individual by the excellent staff. I see and appreciate how we are always treated with kindness and compassion. It’s surely not easy work for all the staff but their attention to each person shines with respect and reflects their diligence and heartfelt care for my dad, myself and others. I am so grateful he is there in this challenging time of his life.

The Landings at Rockingham is such an asset to our community. It began with Keshia when I first inquired on behalf of my loved one; she is so warm, genuine and gained my trust. Chastity has been responsive and timely when we have a question or a need. Staff and volunteers have a real concern for the residents. Several have really gone above and beyond in their care - especially Brooklyn and Cathy!

The Management and Staff at the Landings of Rockingham are exceptional. It is obvious that they are not only passionate about their jobs, but they truly care about our loved ones living there. They communicate and interact with residents, family members, and visitors in a kind and respectful manner. It is comforting knowing that our loved ones are living in a safe, and caring environment.

The Landings of Rockingham is a beautiful place and the staff has been so thoughtful, caring and helpful! I feel that I am able to rest comfortably in knowing that my loved one is in good hands and getting the care she needs! She is very happy there and loves her surroundings! My thanks go out to Lisa Baker and her entire staff for making The Landings an exceptional community!
