THE LIGHTHOUSE

I have had personal interactions with a business owner in the past, and I must express my honest opinion. This individual exhibits characteristics of a narcissistic personality. Many people may perceive her as a good person, but I have had a different experience. Recently, I have become aware of certain decisions she has made regarding the care of residents, which I find concerning. It appears that she prioritizes her own interests over the well-being of others, including those who require medical attention. I question the suitability of her role in this industry, given her apparent lack of empathy and unwillingness to provide adequate care. Furthermore, I have observed that she frequently speaks negatively about others, rather than offering support or encouragement. I suggest that she consider hiring experienced staff to improve the quality of care, rather than placing individuals in positions for which they are not qualified. I intend to ensure that the welfare of the residents is monitored and that her interactions with employees and others are observed to address any potential issues. I am compelled to speak out about my concerns regarding this individual's behavior and its impact on those around her. Talk Soon Very Very Soon!!!

Best place to bring your loved ones who suffer from dementia. The workers are very caring and know exactly how the people living here should be treated. It's like their own home vs living in a nursing home.
